simply luxury stays was everything i hoped for during my stay in ottawa. the self-service check-in was convenient and the place was even better than the pictures. it had all the amenities i needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Dryer didn't work.

The location of the property is very convenient, being close to downtown, restaurants, and grocery stores. the facility itself is modern, clean, and comfortable, with practical and updated amenities. the self, service check, in process, complete with a virtual concierge, makes for a hassle. the apartment is spacious and well, stocked with everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities.

The apartment lacks a small round dining table, which would have been a nice addition for enjoying meals.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and provided a comfortable and cozy atmosphere for our romantic getaway. The location was ideal, with easy access to downtown attractions, a variety of restaurants, and convenient grocery stores. We also appreciated the amenities provided in the apartment, such as the well-stocked kitchen and the washing machine and dryer.

While the apartment was lovely, there were a couple of drawbacks. the apartment was only equipped for two people, so we only had two pairs of slippers and towels, even though we had mentioned that there would be four guests.

The value for money was excellent, and the room was absolutely perfect - even better than the pictures! The location was great, close to downtown, restaurants, and grocery stores. The staff treated me wonderfully, providing clear communication and prompt assistance.
